Account Managers

TMA prides itself on its after sales support. This includes the 24/7 Service Centre (1800 222 879) and the highest qualified Technicians in the industry. The biggest point of difference to our competitors is ensuring delivery, and servicing our customers parking requirements as promised. Keeping this in mind we provide all our customers with their own Account Manager. This provides all our customers with one point of contact for all their servicing and parking requirements.

Service Engineers

TMA Group of Companies Pty Limited Equipment Division Service Engineers and Technicians are thoroughly experienced in software and parking systems and have undergone intensive overseas training with Scheidt & Bachmann and Indect.  This training is complimented and constantly reviewed through our in-house training facility.  Scheidt & Bachmann’s fully qualified Engineers will provide assistance with the installation and on-going maintenance of the parking equipment.  Our Training Officers, Engineers and Technicians will be available to ensure your Parking Access and Guidance Equipment operates smoothly and efficiently from Day One.

Maintenance

TMA is very flexible with its ability to provide preventative maintenance, extended warranty and comprehensive maintenance agreements tailored to the customers needs.
