The Directors support the Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations as published by the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) Corporate Governance Council in March 2003.

In line with the Council's recommendations we have now reviewed and updated our Corporate Governance Practices, and in the spirit of good disclosure we now report upon our compliance against each of the ‘best practice’ recommendations.
