Appointed Managing Director on 22nd October 2008. Mr Anthony Karam was appointed the Managing Director of the TMA Group in 1996 and has had twelve years experience in the thermal paper market.

In October 2008 Mr Karam was appointed to the Boards of the Australian Parking Association and Queensland Gaming & Wagering. Anthony holds a number of director positions in companies located in Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Anthony is also a member of several industry associations and including the Printing Industry Association of Australia, Parking Industry Association and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).

Appointed Chairman on 28th November 2008, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer from July 2005 to 22 October 2008, Finance Director from January 2003 and CFO from October 2000. GAICD, Accountant CPA with extensive experience in finance and management from diversified industries both within Australia and overseas.

Appointed Group Operations Director on 22nd October 2008. Ms Corriene Karam was appointed as Executive Director of the TMA Group in 1997. Prior to Corriene joining TMA she was the Director of Production for over 4 years in a medium enterprise trading in the garment manufacturing industry.

Corriene has extensive experience in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, accounts and management information systems and process.

Corriene's management role extends to special projects such as implementation of acquisitions, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO accrediation.

Appointed Non-Executive Director on 22nd October 2008. Mr Tony Saad graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Sydney University in 1992. Subsequently, Tony completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in 2003

For twelve years Tony owned and operated several sucessful group dental practices located in Sydney. Since the completion of his MBA, Tony has consulted to several companies in the areas of business development, strategy, marketing, contract management and negotiation and business process analysis.

Appointed Non-Executive Director on 28th July 2009. Mr Schwarz holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

James is an executive at Yellow Brick Road Group Pty Limited, a financial services business, and was previously a director of HPM Industries Pty Limited.
