TMA’s policy is to purchase goods and services from sources local to each of our operations where possible. Imported products are used only if no local alternatives are available.

TMA’s Environmental Statement

TMA is committed to an organisational culture which continually pursues improvement and excellence in the environmental performance of our activities. TMA supports the following environmental standards: SFI, ISO 14001, PEFC, FSC. Our Purchasing Policy contributes to the preservation of natural timber resources and our manufacturing processes generate no detectable amounts of sulphur, chlorine, nitrogen, or dioxin gases.

The Board of Directors

Anthony Karam
Executive Chairman, TMA Group of Companies Limited

Anthony was appointed as Managing Director of Ticket Manufacturers Australia Pty Limited in 1996.

In October 2008 Anthony was appointed Managing Director of Mark Sensing Limited and to the Board of Queensland Gaming & Wagering Supplies Pty Limited.  In November 2008 he was appointed to the Board of Parking Australia and in 2010 as Executive Chairman of TMA Group of Companies Limited.

In 2011 Anthony was appointed a member of the Diocesan Finance Council for The Maronite Eparchy of Australia and then in 2014 to the Board of the Australian Maronite Professional Council Limited, where he served for 3 years.

Anthony served on the Board of the Parking Association of Australia for over 7 years and in 2015 was appointed as Vice President of Parking Australia. He also holds a number of director positions in companies located in Australia, New Zealand, USA, China, Hong Kong and The Philippines.

Additionally, Anthony is a member several industry associations including Parking Australia, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, the Property Council of Australia, the Security Providers Association Australia and the Australian Security Industry Association Limited.

Corriene Karam
Executive Director, TMA Group of Companies Limited

In 1997 Corriene was appointed as Executive Director of the TMA Group, responsible for Finance and Operations.  

In 2004 she completed a Masters in Finance & Accounting Major at UTS Sydney. In 2008 Corriene was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer and then in 2011 Corriene was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the TMA Group.

Corriene has extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, accounts as well as management information systems and processes. Her role encompasses management of special projects such as implementation of acquisitions, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO accreditation.

She serves on the Diocesan Finance committee for the Parramatta Diocese from 2012 to 2017 and has recently been invited and accepted to serve again in 2019.

Tony Saad
Independent Director, TMA Group of Companies Limited

Mr Tony Saad graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Sydney University in 1992 and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in 2003. For twelve years Tony owned and operated several successful group dental practices located in Sydney. Since completing his MBA, Tony has consulted to several companies in the areas of business development, strategy, marketing, contract management and negotiation and business process analysis.

In October 2008 Tony was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the TMA Group.
